They are trained to be fully compliant with all local, state and federal laws such as FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA and GLB. All retail collectors are ACA certified and all commercial collectors are IACC certified and required to pass a commercial collectors test and receive a certificate of completion. We also are proud to staff bi-lingual collectors for your convenience.
