Q. What do you need in order to start collecting on my accounts?
A. Any and all backup documentation that supports the claim together with any executed credit applications or contracts.

Q. Do we need to send any money to begin collection activity?
A. No, we work strictly on a contingent fee basis and if we do not collect your money we do not earn any money.

Q. Is there a minimum dollar amount limit to a claim I can place?
A.  No, our small balance collection department handles accounts as low as $50 and those accounts are given the same attention as the larger balance accounts.

Q. What happens when you cannot collect my account?
A.  We will recommend referring the account to an attorney for possible litigation and upon your approval we will send that account to a licensed collection attorney in the geographic area where the debtor is located.

Q. How soon do we get our money once it is collected by AC Collections?
A.  If we are paid by certified funds we can remit your money immediately. If we are paid by check or money order, once the funds clear our trust account we immediately remit to you.

Q. Is it easy for the debtor to remit payment to AC Collections?
A. Yes. We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, money orders and checks by phone.
